Poshan Diwas – Joy Of Giving

The school observed Poshan Diwas – Joy of Giving on the birth anniversary of our revered Patron, Shri Yadupati Singhania Sir. The day reflected the values of service, compassion, gratitude and sharing.

The celebrations began with a special assembly at the Assembly Truss. Shri Yadupati Singhania Sir was remembered through lamp lighting, garlanding, a floral tribute, a speech and a Hindi poem highlighting his values and contribution to society. The money collected during the assembly was presented to the Grade D employees as a token of gratitude for their valuable contribution to the school.

Principal Ms. Nidhi Sharma threw light on the values and vision of Shri Yadupati Singhania Sir and encouraged students to carry these values forward. She led the students in a pledge to make his name proud, uphold the dignity of the school and keep its premises clean and well-maintained. She reminded the students that the school building is not merely a structure but a legacy that has been entrusted to them and must be preserved with care.

A Mega Blood Donation Camp was also organised in the Art Lab of the Primary Wing, giving members of the school community an opportunity to contribute towards saving lives.

The spirit of Joy of Giving continued throughout the day, with essential items contributed by students being collected for distribution to people in need. The initiative encouraged students to understand the value of sharing and helping others.

The day was a meaningful celebration of giving, caring and preserving, bringing together the school community in the true spirit of Poshan Diwas – Joy of Giving.
